"I had lunch at this Honduran restaurant and the food was so fresh and delicious. The dish I ate consisted of a whole fried fish lightly seasoned served with rice and beans and red cabbage... and fried bananas ... The hibiscus tea was awesome. I plan to return to try some more of their amazing dishes..."

"Rosalinda's Restaurant is a delightful culinary oasis for authentic Central American cuisine. I ordered the platanos and pupusas revueltas, and both dishes were outstanding. The platanos were perfectly caramelized, achieving that ideal balance of sweetness and savory flavor. They were tender on the inside with a slightly crispy exterior - exactly how they should be. The pupusas revueltas were the star of the show. These thick corn tortillas were stuffed with a mouthwatering combination of cheese, refried beans, and chicharron (pork). The filling was generous and flavorful, with the cheese melting beautifully into the other ingredients. The pupusas came with a side of curtido (pickled cabbage slaw) and tomato salsa. While the curtido added a perfect tangy contrast to the rich pupusas, the tomato salsa could have been better. It was a bit too watery for my taste, but this minor issue didn't detract from the overall great flavor of the dish. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. If you're craving authentic Central American flavors, Rosalinda's is definitely worth a visit. Their platanos and pupusas revueltas alone are reason enough to return!"

"This was absolutely the best South of the Border food that I've had so far! The wife had pupusas which is like corn flat bread with filling in them. Wow! Deliciousness in a pouch! Her dish also came with fried plantains and spicy-vinegary cole slaw type dish. I had the Pollo Frito con Tajadas de Guineo Verde. Basically it was a quarter chicken that was fried in a very tasty manner on a bed of plantains with some sort of pickled cabbage. The combination of all of it together was just excellent. Also, the dipping sauce for the chips (I can't really call it salsa) was VERY GOOD! It was sweet, followed by a zing. Delicious! The people there were very friendly and answered all my questions as I knew nothing about Honduran food. Just an FYI: we showed up there about 3 in the afternoon, so the place was pretty empty in the pictures!"

"Run, don't walk to get a baliada or a burrito! The hand made tortillas are like nothing I've ever tasted. We have loved this restaurant for a lot of years and the staff are so very kind. If they happen to have hibiscus tea, make sure you get some. And the fresh made guacamole is maybe the best I've had!"

"Great restaurant with an awsome wait staff. This was my first time having pupusas and was not disappointed! They came out hot and fluffy with rice and beans (also very good). They have a good selection of beer and most impressed that they had pacifico. Most places local don't have that particular beer and it added to my experience. I would definitely recommend and for me, I will be back."

"It was decent pupusas but the mixture of beans that came with pupusas was bland. The Salvadoran style steak was pretty good along with the rice and beans. The fried plantains were really good and sweet. Over all would recommend it and will be going back."

"Nice cozy place to get good, relatively inexpensive food. Good portions and friendly staff. They have TVs and music. We tried rosalindas special with steal which was really good. Pupusas were pretty good, the refried beans were very creamy. Will definitely go back again and try some other things on the menu."
